I made the oatmeal cookies from the Deceptively Delicious (DD) cookbook tonight. They are still cooling, but I don't think he's going to eat these. They are made with whole wheat flour (see the chocolate chip pancakes post) and the texture is just a little too different. And, they look grainy, too.
They are cooling as I type, but I could definitely taste the banana in the dough. We'll see -- wish me luck! Conall will probably make some comment about how he wants the kind he made with Pop Pop instead.
