Cleaning Conall's Room Post2

Conall was so excited when he got home and saw that his room was clean. He kept saying "you cleaned my room, you cleaned my room mommy?" Then he asked me for one of the toys I had taken away last night and then he asked for his bed tent back. I tried to explain where everything was, but he was either ignoring me or didn't quite understand. Next, he went and sat at his desk and was really excited that he could sit there and read.
Conall played in his room most of the night. He also used the train tracks on the wall, which he hasn't used in a long time.
He fought us big over eating his dinner. After dinner, he tried to stall about cleaning his room. Once daddy took one toy away, he got the idea and cleaned it. Then, when I put him to bed, he kept saying "my room is clean, my room is clean" and "I can walk in here now." We'll see how tomorrow goes -- no school tomorrow. It will probably be a very long day.

His room looks great. And you are right, he doesn't need any new toys! I'll be good and so will Stu. Good job, Mommy (and Dad)!

Thanks! I just hope I get through that thick head of his! He did seem to enjoy it clean, though.
