Aunt Amy made her birthday cake -- she has made all of Caitlin's birthday cakes. Other than "pink," Caitlin didn't have any requests for her cake. She has really enjoyed playing with her My Little Pony toys, so we let Caitlin look at My Little Pony cakes and see if she liked any of them. She picked out a design and we were on our way.
Funny thing is, Caitlin won't usually eat a cake with regular icing. She's even had screaming crying fits when someone puts icing on her cake or cupcake. The My Little Pony cake was made from fondant and Caitlin ate some of her piece of cake, fondant and all!
