We had a "snow day" yesterday. They closed schools for this really fine dusting of snow we had -- no accumulation or anything. It was pretty, but didn't last til even 11 a.m., although it was still technically below freezing outside.
I made the kids wait until later in the morning to go outside, thinking that there would still be snow and that it would be at least a little warmer. I was so wrong! This is all that was left:
I think I may have just won the Mother of the Year award! Sigh.

I couldn't believe they closed the schools. Only the teachers had to go on Monday in Conway. I am sure Conall was excited to get back to his class! I hear we will have "more snow" on Thursday. Maybe Conall and Caitlin will have some snow to play in yet!
