One night last week, I needed to take both kids somewhere so Stu could use the computer and talk on the phone about a problem with one of his auctions. We went into Conall's room to play, but it soon became dinnertime and Caitlin was hungry. So, we had dinner with Conall sitting at his desk to eat and Caitlin sitting on the floor. Conall ate one of the best meals he's had in a long time and is still asking to have a picnic in his room.
It was a really long phone call, so we were in there for awhile. Once the kids finished eating, we had a "pretend" picnic with Conall cooking with his play food in his play kitchen. Then, they both cleaned up Conall's room.
We also "ate" Legos.
