Both kids took a bath together tonight. I wanted both of them to get a baby vapor bath to help with stuffy noses. If they take a bath together they want to stay in the tub longer to play, thus the vapor bath would be able to work longer. And, I wanted to get them both in bed earlier tonight.
I was pouring water over both of their heads, getting ready to wash their hair, when Caitlin decided to try to get away from me. She tried to walk away and slid and hit her chin on the edge of the tub. She started screaming and I saw that she was bleeding. Talk about deja vu.
Caitlin cut her chin in a half moon shape in a similar spot to where Conall cut his when Caitlin was a few months old. For a little while, we were contemplating an emergency room visit and stitches. Luckily, her cut wasn't as deep (no plastic Easter egg to help). What is it with Berryhills and chin scars?
