On one of the afternoons last week that was rain free for a few hours, our next door neighbor invited the kids over to play in their kiddie pool. Of course, none of the kids played in the pool. They were having too much fun transferring the water to the empty sandbox, adding rocks and dirt, etc.
The rain reprieve didn't last long -- we ended up running for the house only to find it had stopped raining by the time the kids had changed clothes!
